An Upfront Premium covering the land cost with Nominal Annual Rent OR an Upfront Commitment Fee with Compound Annual Rent for the lease term (applicable to both Long and Medium Term lease)

Revenue Sharing

REDAMCO contributes the land as its equity, and the Private developer contributes 100% of the capital for project development. Negotiated/Agreed lease premium and Gross Revenue Share comes to REDAMCO

Joint Venture

REDAMCO grants a long-term lease where the developer forms an SPV and, instead of paying cash, delivers pre-agreed completed units as payment OR Gross Revenue Share for the land equity

REIT

REDAMCO contributes long-term leasehold rights to a publicly listed RMC, which sub-leases the plots and distributes rental income as dividends to REIT shareholders
